lease agreement was entered into between Shenzhen ISH
Logistics Company Ltd ("SISHL") and International
Systems Technology Company Ltd ("ISTC") for
the new warehouse facility in Shenzhen, China. The lease
agreement is for a fixed term of two (2) years with an
option for ISTC to renew for a further three (3) years. |

construction of new warehouse facilities in Shenzhen Phase
III and Shanghai Phase II were completed and they are
expected to be occupied in the second half of 2005. |
