December 2006	ILB, through its 70%-owned subsidiary, Integrated Logistics (HK) Limited, had entered into an agreement to subscribe to new ordinary shares of RMB1.00 each to be issued by Shanghai Puhwa Logistics Co. Ltd (“SPL”) which is equivalent to 35% of the enlarged share capital of SPL (“Initial Investment”), and subsequent thereto, ILHK has the option to acquire an additional 25% equity interest of the enlarged share capital of SPL within 18 months after the Initial Investment.
November 2006	Integrated Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of ILB, has obtained the approval from the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority with regard to its application for the Special Incentive Package for 100% Tax Exemption for 10 years under the Income Tax Act, 1967, for Regional 4PL Integrated Services (reclassified as “International Integrated Logistics”).
October 2006	ILB, National Trading & Development Establishment and Argan Ventures Pte. Ltd are to jointly participate in Integrated National Logistics Limited, a joint venture company which is to be incorporated in Dubai Logistics City, Emirates of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its principal activities in the provision of full logistics services.
July 2006	ILB and Jardine Shipping Services Holdings are to jointly participate in Integrated Cargo Services Sdn Bhd, with its principal activities in the provision of general shipping services.
June 2006	Proposed Acquisition of an additional 10% equity interest in ISH (Shenzhen) Ltd, ISH (Shenzhen II) Ltd and ISH (Shanghai) Ltd (collectively known as “ISH Group”). Pursuant thereto, ILB will effectively increase its equity interests in the ISH Group from 60% to 70%.
May 2006	(i) Incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, ILB International (BVI) Limited (“ILB BVI”) by ILB. (ii) Incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, namely ISH Logistics Group Limited (“ISHLG Cayman”) by ILB BVI. (iii) Incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Tortola, British Virgin Island, namely ISH Group (BVI) Limited (“ISHG BVI”) by ISHLG Cayman.
May 2006	Internal restructuring of ILB’s investments in Hong Kong and Peoples’s Republic China comprises the following:- (i) ILB BVI, ISHLG Cayman and ISHG BVI have been incorporated with ILB as their ultimate holding company. ILB BVI wholly owns ISHLG Cayman which in turn wholly owns ISHG BVI; and (ii) ILB transferred its 50,000,000 ordinary shares of HK$1.00 each representing 100% equity interest in Integrated Logistics (H.K.) Limited to ISHG BVI.
January 2006	(i) Acquisition of 800,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Integrated Haulage Sdn Bhd (“IHSB”), resulting in IHSB becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of ILB. (ii) Acquisition of 50,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 0.25% of the issued and paid-up share capital in Integrated Mits Sdn Bhd (“IMSB”), an associate company of ILB. Pursuant thereto, ILB holds 50% equity interest in IMSB.
