Integrated Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd (“ILS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ILB, was granted the Special Incentive Package for 100% Tax Exemption for 10 years by the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (“MIDA”), vide its letter dated 22 November 2006. Pursuant thereto, ILB’s Malaysian operations is undertaking an internal restructuring exercise to meet the pre-requisite conditions set by MIDA for ILS to qualify for the tax incentives.

Integrated Warehouse Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ILB, had on 30 November 2007, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Perceptive Logistics Properties Sdn Bhd, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Million One Hundred and Seven Thousand and Eight Hundred (RM11,107,800).

Integrated Shun Hing Logistics (Shanghai) Ltd, a subsidiary in which ILB has a 70% effective equity interest, had on 12 November 2007, signed a Reservation Agreement with MapletreeLog Integrated (Shanghai) (Cayman) Ltd., for the sale and leaseback of a property held under Land Number 4, #13 Street located at No 80 Fu Te North Road, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Pudong New District, Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, for a cash consideration of RMB158.3million. The Purchaser is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Logistics Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Integrated Logistics (China) Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ILHK, which in turn is a 70% owned subsidiary of ILB, has on 29 October 2007, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai, The People's Republic of China, namely Integrated Shun Hing Logistics (Lingang) Co. Ltd.

ILHK had entered into an investment agreement to subscribe 30% equity interest in a new company which is to wholly-owned Jiangyin Foreversun Chemical Logistics Co. Ltd., a liquid chemical storage and logistics company in Jiangyin City, China.

ILB had entered into a Share Sale Agreement to dispose of its entire equity interest in Focusmax Services Sdn Bhd.

ILB had undertaken a private placement of up to 17,911,400 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in ILB. The private placement was completed on 19 October 2007.

ISH Logistics Yantian (Shenzhen) Ltd, a newly-incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary of ISH Logistics (Shenzhen) Ltd in Shenzhen, China, which in turn is a 70% -owned subsidiary of ILB, had signed a contract for "Land Use Right Transfer" with Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management, to invest in a project in "Yantian Port Bonded Logistics Park" in Shenzhen to conduct warehousing and related logistics services.
